How To Use

Follow these simple steps to enjoy soft idlis or crisp dosas in the morning:

Stir the batter well before use (it may settle slightly).

For dosas: Heat a lightly greased tawa/pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly. Cook until golden and crisp.

For idlis: Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for about 10-12 minutes or until done
